We are pet friendly with a fully enclosed rear garden with sun patio and BBQ area which gets the sun from 11am till sunset. The bungalow is modern, full central heating and we provide for an open fire for winter visitors. There is one double bed room with ensuite, one twin bedroom and one twin bunk room (adult size). There is also a bathroom with integral shower. The living room has freeview TV with DVD player and music system, the bunk room and kitchen have TV sets. The kitchen and dining area are an L shaped integral room that leads into a small sun room which catches the afternoon and evening sun. There is a separate Landry Room. Bushmills Cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of town. It is 8 minutes walk to the nearest shop and good restaurant / bar and 2 more minutes into the centre. Bushmills town is the home of Bushmills Distillery (a must to visit), is slightly larger than Portballintrae with a range of restaurants from fine dining to excellent cafes and coffee shops. Bushmills has a host of good shops with the best fruit & vegetable and the best butchers in the area. You are 8 minutes drive from the Giant’s Causeway, 4 mins from Portballintrae, Bushfoot Golf Course and the nearest beaches. Portrush is only 8 mins drive away. Prices include all bedding, heating and energy costs. How to get there I suggest that you log onto Google maps as this is the only map site that is accurate. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps Go to this site and do a search for BT57 8AJ. If you are coming by car & boat via Larne or Belfast or from George Best Belfast City Airport you can either take the scenic Causeway Coastal Route which passes through Bushmills and Portballintrae. This is the long way round but worth it for the scenery. The shorter route is via Ballymena & Ballymoney. If you are arriving at Belfast International the direct route via Ballymena & Ballymoney is significantly shorter. At Ballymoney take the road towards Portrush and then 7 miles later take the road towards Bushmills. In Bushmills follow the signs for Distillery and Dervock, 200 mtr after the Distillery turn right into Bush Gardens. Turn right at the next two obligatory T-junctions into Bush Crescent. 38 is on the RHS at the third T-junction on Bush Crescent. Utility area with mashing machine. Master Bedroom A large en-suite double room. Twin Bedroom This large twin room can be arranged so that the beds are either next to each other or separate.
